Second Idea

Our second idea came a little later in the process. It took us some time to realize that we had to shift away from our original idea.

After a lot of discussion within the group, and going over the same subjects, we decided to focus on children and their use of new media. It was still in line with our original idea of persuasive technology.

We thought about the amount of time children spent online nowadays. Even though it is important for children to learn the do's, dont's and whereabouts of new media, it is still very important for children to sense the real world.

We wanted to create an app that would let children discover the real world, based on literature that states it is important for children to sense things.

We were excited about this idea, but still did not really know how to execute it. We decided we needed to think simpler.
